We want you to love your Soft Gurl Era jewelry! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items, clearance items, and any personalized or custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service team at info@latoyashantalellc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for your desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
